The Inner Circle Collective is run by two women-owned photography businesses dedicated to bringing a sense of companionship to their community through events, education, and volunteer work.
Aloft Studio & The Tayem Photo Co originally bonded over the mutual love of fantasy novels of all things. So in celebration of the new partnership of these two long-known and trusted businesses and pillars of their communities, it was decided that a ball inspired by the novels that brought them together should be the kickoff event.
The Tayem Photo Co is proud to be a trusted pillar of the South Central Pennsylvania photography community. From educating photographers, to mentoring other women-owned businesses, to curating and hosting one-of-a-kind styled shoots... The Tayem Photo Co is dedicated to being building blocks for all who dare to dream. The Starlight Ball will be a labor of love like all of the others.
Nestled in the heart of Hagerstown, Maryland, Aloft Studio emerges as a beacon of creativity and empowerment. Owned by Audrey, a photographer with a profound dedication to boudoir photography, Aloft Studio is a space for photographers and creatives alike. Audrey's mission goes beyond capturing beauty through her lens; she aims to empower women from diverse backgrounds, celebrating their unique stories and strengths through connection and education. She is committed to nurturing talent with Aloft Studio doubling as an educational hub, offering workshops and sessions designed to equip budding photographers with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in their businesses. Audrey values helping women build connections with one another and is so excited to watch the Starlight Ball work its magic in that way

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT?
AS OF NOW, OUR TICKETS INCLUDE YOUR ENTRY TO THE EVENT, A DRINK TICKET, APPETIZERS, AND ACCESS TO THE PHOTOBOOTH AND OTHER GOODIES.
The dress code is anything and everything Fantasy. It has to have that little extra, and what that means is entirely up to you! Anything and everything formal with a fantasy vibe, theme and overall aesthetic is perfect! Clothing and garments from your culture and heritage is absolutely welcomed!
UPON ARRIVAL, YOU'LL BE CHECKED IN AT THE DOOR. THE FIRST HOUR WILL INCLUDE APPETIZERS AROUND ON PLATTERS AND ON TABLES AS GUESTS ARRIVE. MUSIC WILL BE BALLROOM STYLE UNTIL OUR TEAM OPENS THE FLOOR. THE BAR WILL FEATURE SIGNATURE DRINKS, WHERE YOU CAN REDEEM YOUR DRINK TICKET AND PURCHASE ADDITIONAL AS THE NIGHT GOES ON. OUR PROFESSIONAL DJ WILL THEN SHIFT TO OUR FAVORITE PARTY TUNES FOR YOU TO DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS.
HOW MANY TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE?
THIS EVENT IS CAPPED AT 200 GUESTS.
IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?
Because alcohol will be served, the Starlight Ball will be 21+. Every attendee should be 21 years or older on the date of the event. Don't forget to bring your ID!
IS THIS A COSPLAY/ROLE EVENT?
Although this is not specifically meant to be a role-play event, it is welcome!
HOWEVER, To ensure the safety of our guests, we are not allowing prop weapons, this includes peace tied and foam LARP weapons. Decorative props such as wings or fans are allowed.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
All tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to someone else, only through us.
WHAT IF I HAVE NOBODY TO GO WITH?
A lot of people are planning to come to the ball on their own. Visit our Facebook Group to meet and make plans with other guests attending the ball alone.
WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?
The Starlight Ball will have a stocked cash bar serving alcoholic and soft drinks.
WILL THERE BE SECURITY ONSITE?
We will have security on the premises and entry into the venue will be restricted to ticket holders only.
